Creative Hands Cuisine has been quietly orchestrating celebrity caliber events in Phoenix since 2002 under the guidance of Certified Executive Chef Douglas Brochu and his wife Camille, founders and owners. Chef Doug as his friends and clients call him has trained all over the United States including North Carolina, Phoenix and New York where he apprenticed under one of only a few master chefs in the world. He graduated from The Scottsdale Culinary Institute 9 years ago and since has worked in several of the high end resorts here in the valley. In addition, he has been a personal chef for many movie, television and rock stars over the last 6 years and still maintains many of these relationships.

In the past, Creative Hands Cuisine had never advertised and wasn't even listed in the telephone book. All of our clients have come to us as referrals from other clients. The large majority of our events are returning clients who are ecstatic with our cuisine, beverage and service we have to offer. We are proud to have an impressive client list including Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Bella Palazzo, St. John Ladies Boutique, MAC Cosmetics, Stonebridge Manor, CoBiz, National Cinema Media, Western National Bank, Panasonic, and Crisis Nursery. We have enjoyed a lengthy relationship with Nordstrom Department Stores in Scottsdale and Chandler, hosting events for crowds of 25-2,000 over the past 4 years.

We owe much of our success to the innovative culinary creations of Chef Doug with his emphasis on Contemporary American Cuisine paired with a Mediterranean flair. That combined with impeccable service and a truly friendly service staff has helped propel our success.

Whether you are planning an intimate soiree or a corporate function for thousands, we can offer a much more personable approach than other catering companies.
